Planning a Business Lunch at Casa73 in Downtown Toronto

Plan a client or team lunch at Casa73 on Bay Street. Check lunch hours, explore Italian menus and enquire about private dining for up to 12 guests.

A little preparation, a better lunch

A business lunch should leave room for conversation. Before inviting clients or colleagues, settle on a date, a guest count and the time everyone needs to be back at work. At Casa73, contemporary Italian cooking and a downtown address make a starting point for your plans.

Choose a day that works

Lunch service starts at 11:30 am Monday through Thursday. On Friday and Saturday, the restaurant opens at 4:30 pm; Sunday is closed. If you have a fixed departure time, discuss it with the restaurant before reserving so you can agree on a suitable arrival time and meal plan.

Share the details with your guests

Send the address, 20 Bay Street, Toronto, ON M5J 2N8, with your invitation. Include directions to Casa73 and allow time for each guest's journey. A clear meeting time is more helpful than assuming everyone will arrive together.

Look over the menu together

Explore the appetizers and entrées menu before lunch. You can also browse desserts and the wine list for a celebration. Share allergies and dietary requirements with the restaurant in advance and ask which dishes are suitable. Discuss any requested menu changes directly with the team.

A table or a private room?

For up to six guests, check table availability on OpenTable. For seven or more, use the group dining enquiry. If your lunch calls for a separate space, the private dining room accommodates up to 12 guests. An enquiry lets the team discuss your date and requirements; it is not a confirmed booking.

For a meeting involving a presentation or conference call, explain what you need and ask the team to confirm whether the room is suitable before making arrangements.

Before you book

  • Confirm attendance, date and preferred arrival time.
  • Share dietary needs and any timing constraints.
  • Ask about arrangements for your group, including the bill.
  • Review the reservation and cancellation policies.
