What are your hours of operation?

Monday – Thursday 11:30am – 9:00pm 

Friday – 11:30am – 10:00pm

Saturday – 4:00pm-10:00pm 

Please also keep in mind our kitchen closes 30 minutes before doors. 

Where are you located?

Casa 73 is located at 20 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario, inside WaterPark Place. You’ll find us on the ground floor, just steps from the waterfront and Union Station.

Do you have parking available?

Yes, underground parking is available at WaterPark Place, which is accessible from Queens Quay W. Please note that it is managed by the building and is paid parking.

Reservations
Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are highly recommended, especially for weekends and evenings. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

How do I make a reservation?

You can book through our website, OpenTable, or by calling us directly.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or adjust your reservation.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice—or no-shows—will incur a $50 per person charge. This policy allows us to prepare accordingly and ensures fairness to both our guests and our team.

Do you accept large party reservations or private events?

Yes, we accommodate private dining and events. Please contact us for group bookings of 8+ guests, or for our private dining room.

For Friday and Saturday reservations of 8+, a deposit of $25 per guest is required. This deposit will be applied toward your final bill and is simply in place to secure your table and allow us to schedule our team accordingly, ensuring the highest level of service.


Menu & Dining
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?

Yes, we offer a range of dietary options. Please notify your server of any allergies or dietary needs.

Can I see the menu online?
Do you offer tasting menus or chef’s specials?

Yes, our chef offers daily and seasonal specials. Ask your server or check our website for details.

Is your food halal/kosher?

While we are not a certified halal or kosher restaurant, many of our dishes can accommodate halal preferences. Our chicken, lamb, veal, and two of our steak options—the Beef Tenderloin and New York Steak—are halal. We do not offer kosher-certified options at this time. Dishes prepared with alcohol or wine can often be modified upon request. Please let your server know, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Do you have a children’s menu?

We don’t have a dedicated children’s menu, but children are always welcome and we’re happy to accommodate simpler requests when possible.

Do you allow guests to bring a cake?

 Yes! you’re welcome to bring a cake to celebrate your occasion. Our cake plating fee is $8 per person. This fee includes presentation, cutting, and plating of your cake.

What if I purchase a wine bottle and don’t finish it?

All liquor and beer must be consumed on-site and cannot be taken off the premises. However, if you purchase a bottle of wine and don’t finish it, you’re welcome to take the remainder home with you.

Payments & Policies
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit, and cash. Contactless payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay are also welcome.

Do you charge automatic gratuity?

An automatic gratuity of 20% is applied to groups of 6 or more. For all other parties, tipping is at your discretion and always appreciated.

Is there a dress code?

To preserve the sophisticated dining atmosphere we strive to offer, Casa 73 kindly asks all guests to observe our Smart Casual dress code. Attire should reflect a polished and refined appearance—such as well-fitted collared shirts, elegant blouses, tailored trousers, dresses, or other elevated pieces paired with appropriate footwear.

We respectfully request that guests avoid athletic apparel, beachwear, excessively distressed clothing, garments displaying offensive imagery or language, or any attire that exposes undergarments.

Casa 73 reserves the right to decline seating to guests whose attire does not meet our standards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the elevated experience our guests expect.

Photography & Videography

To ensure an enjoyable dining atmosphere for all guests, Casa 73 permits personal photography and brief videos, provided they do not disturb other diners or interfere with service. Flash photography, tripods, lighting equipment, or extended filming sessions are not permitted.

Professional photography, videography, or any content creation requiring equipment or special access must receive prior approval from management.

Guests are asked to be respectful of the privacy and comfort of others at all times.

Additional Services
Do you offer takeout or delivery?

Yes, we offer takeout—just give us a call to place your order. We don’t offer delivery at the moment, but we’re planning to be on Uber Eats soon!

Do you offer gift cards?

 Yes, digital and physical gift cards are available for purchase through our website or in person.

Are pets allowed?

We love animals, but only certified service animals are allowed on the patio. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a comfortable environment for all our guests.
